There is a large disconnect from senior leaders and the point of care staff. Leaders don’t know and aren’t available to respond to these issues. Their hands may be tied however the lack of communication they choose not to do, doesn’t help. It’s doing the small things for staff to show they are appreciated, not just once a year. Leadership demonstrates and holds vps and directors to task to connect with all levels of staff. It has potential but doesn’t live up to it because of the disconnect

The need for post acute care is huge in the region and as the only provider has the opportunity to be a leader. It needs to improve and build on community based care as it translates from I care to outpatient care. It is the voice in the northwest and if you’re looking to be part of that, it could be the place if they actually leverage and engage the knowledge and skills of their staff

Very high. If you aren’t able to work very fast, you’ll fall behind, and get in trouble.
