The only good thing about this company is the people you work with. Not the management but your coworkers (patient porter). Please do yourself a favour and work at McDonalds instead of this company. Management will make you feel bad and talk you down if you refuse to take another call because you will go way past your work hours. That’s after a 12 hours shift. And oh, they’ll let you drive the trucks even though there’s an 80% chance it will break down during your shift. Safety is definitely not the number one priority for this company. Trucks that sounds worse than a busy construction site.
Poor management, broken equipment and now adays low staff. This place used to be great but its all in who your partners are. Union is pro company not pro employee, pay is low for literally having strangers lives in your hands. Zero room for advancement unless you kiss up hard. Staff are not appreciated by management and any suggestions made are just shrugged off and you are constantly reminded that your the help nothing more. Do yourself a fabour and go work in a factory
