Employees are regularly crying at their desks due to really cruel management. The managers are mean and bark at the staff all day long. Nobody wants to work here and the workload is overwelming. It is loud and confusing because there are no policies and every manager or supervisor makes up the rules and expects employees to follow them. One manager tells me to do something one way and then the next day another supervisor tells me something completely different. It is not consistent. We are told to tell hospitals that an ambulance is coming when there really is not ambulance scheduled. Management does not like the staff and they take out their anger on us.
