Donot work for this company..
Run by clowns and managers that only worry about the socks he wears matches his cheap shirt.
All old staff needs to be fired etc etc.

I loved working for this company. it turned into family. This company has real good work ethics and strong policies. It was a northern remote location and it was really small knit 3000 man camp. It felt really good working there and it was excellent with all the free food and the staff became like family members.

A very unorganized company , management does not support workers. Minimum wage for hard work. Worked at a urgent care facility one person for whole building, multiple tasks to complete in one shift , training was minimal. Not afraid of hard work but these people have no idea how to run a company. Distribute positions to employees that are not qualified . Would never work there again

unless you are related or know someone in management you will be subject to constant gossip/hate/rumours etc will be belittled and unnecessarily reprimanded for speaking up and defending yourself. they rely and live on fear mongering. they have their little snitches that run back and twist the truths to get you in trouble.
the pay is low for the work load they place upon you and they will continue to change their story each time. if you want a place filled with gossip/backstabbing and pettiness you are perfect. you wont get ahead unless u kiss up. management has ZERO credits and only in position due to time on job. HR same thing.

I was happy going to work. Management was to harsh on us sometime when we have things to do.I do my rounds then our work orders. I learned alot once there people saw me at work,saying hi, management needs more training in their area as maintenance manager..Great place to be in but its management that mess it up..Work clothing, jobs are rushed too much.Communication is trouble too.Helping others and doing a good job that shows that I am good at my job..

Staff turnover is outrageous! You’ll get hours because they’re always short staffed but, don’t expect to be appreciated for helping out.
Company has a big policy on bullying and harassment yet allows the same people continue to bully and harass.
A very toxic environment.

They don’t care about employees

Worked as a housekeeper in hospital. Very little training for staff. Company fights workplace injuries after you’re hurt, doesn’t teach you how to not get hurt. High manager/ supervisor turn over, they just get sent to other locations and are not held accountable. Skeleton crew until a week before audits. People who can’t read safety information/ isolation infection protocol are hired as they won’t complain and will work 24/7. Wages do not reflect the risks they put you into. I’m some cases, you work in a facility with pedophiles who have mental illness and rage issues, nobody to help if something goes very wrong.

Very large camp ( 1800-2,000 pp) Good pay , useless benefits. Very poor management with no proper interprovincial red seal Certification or management skills .Lacking communication, team building and conflict resolution skills . Talked behind staffs back . Lack of respect for staff . Favouritism to certain staff . I realize management is not an easy job , it has many challenges . Its not always what you say , but how you say it . I love my job and working with the culture , but working in an unorganized, dysfunctional , toxic environment is very unhealthy . It Could of been a better place to work with the right individuals in management positions.

They say work place bullying is not allowed but there are a select few that gossip and are bullies and make you feel like quitting.

The work involves alot of cleaning, and we get audited alot.

First off the job itself is fine BUT they do not train properly and will literally expect you to be able to do the job after only a few training shifts.

You will be sent to an area that is highly contagious without proper training on how to clean it. They will make people more sick by not properly training their cleaners. Its ridiculous.

Also the staff is ultra cliquey and so much drama going on, they say it's a 100% no tolerance policy but it's a lie the management and long time employees are the worst for gossip and bullying.

I am a good worker, a hard worker and dedicated employee but I couldn't work in such a dysfunctional environment. DO NOT WORK HERE.

This company was ok from the start to work for ... if u said goodmorning they say very little in a rude way..the management does not stick up for the workers.. they only know how to lie..it's sad when the maintenance and other workers get treated better than the cleaners---and u end up losing your job because the supervisor wants her friend to work there. You don't get any notice just on your way out the door.. they say your job is abolish and half hour later give it to someone else ...u ask why U r let go they say we r going in another direction ... really wrongfully dismissed .. their bosses should ask the employees how things r going

Terrible management benefits good but that's it have to watch your back I'm still working but on way out no confidentiality lack of respect for employees I was told I was being fired from two other employees so breach a issue with company I went to ministry of labour not much help on firing but lots on breach of confidention so it's a waiting game needs to have surprise visit to all sites not one day off and on find out what managers and supervisors are doing talk to all employees if you really care about them show it

People dont stay there because of the lack of respect, poor coaching for the heads of department, and the overload of work due to the cutting in staff because the lack of vision from management head
