I had a great time working heee in terms of co workers , everyone ia really helpful and great overall to be around , there is a freat group dynamic however the salary is not enough for the job being done and they are no benefits besides the salary per hour which is devistating.
Training is very mediocre you learn everything when u are officially on the floor by yourself. If you are working night shift there is no one to help you if ever you have a system issue basically you can only rely on yourself when it comes to the work itself.

Typical day at work would be to answer any inbound calls and help and assist them with any questions they have. I've learned how to understand your credit score and report. The management could have been a bit better, more english speaking managers and team leaders.The workplace culture needs to work on diversity when it comes to the hiring process. The hardest part of the job was when the call flow was low and you would just sit there waiting for a call. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are actually able to help someone and they're completely satisfied with your work and give great feedback.

Typical day is an eight hour day on the phone receiving calls or making them related to Identity Theft. Every call is expected to make a sale or solve a problem. It is a number game and quotas are expected as is quality assurance. Your only as good as your last sale.



Great colleagues. Fun people to work with Not much room for advancement. Management is usually one guy. Too busy to help with coaching. The people who help you the most are people doing the same job as you. Upper management in Toronto comes by a few times a year. They rarely promote within. Quality assurance people are good and they should be the ones helping you or coaching to get to your target. the only time you get to speak to them is when you say something wrong.

A typical day working at Simpro solutions was very basic. First things first is punctuality. We should arrive with ten mins to spare before we begin our shift. This is to ensure quality and productivity of each call that was made. Between myself and other colleges we would compete so it didn't make sense being late seeing as the computers took some time to warm up. The management at Simpro Solutions were very personable and easy to approach with anything that you wanted to talk about and it became easy to create friendships with those that held a higher position than you. The hardest part of the job was selling to customers especially since the environment was very relaxed and comfortable, sometimes I would give up b/c of how comfortable I got. The most enjoyable part of the job was the thick skin I obtained while dealing with consumers over the phone who may have been harsh b/c we are calling to sell them something. It was a great creating friendships and lasting memories.

This company is completely the worst company I've ever worked for. The management is horrible. They back stab really good employees. If you message HR , they will fire you. Fire your current management and hire really good ones.
