It's pretty hard to prepare for an interview with Sifton Properties as they do not post much about the role and definitely will not disclose salary/wage rates for their positions. They do a screening phone interview for the first part. No idea what they do after, cause they always refuse my professionalist of asking about salary and when they force the question back on me, I give them a professional answer that they just do not want to hear (they want to force people to work for well below their worth! and what the industries value those people at...).
What your salary expectations are for a full-time permanent opportunity...as they will never provide information to candidates on their available salary and or what they can offer people who are professionals in their field.
There is a true work/life balance at Sifton. If you need time to learn something on the job, there are support systems in place and there is room to grow and learn in your role.
Depends on length of service but overall benefits are great. Respect for work/life balance is awesome.
Depends on the role.
Apply online. Interview process could be short or there could be multiple screenings depending on the role.
Depends on role and location. Some staff are unionized, some are not and different perks based on which.
Overall - Great benefits, gym membership, lunches, tram building, staff appreciation events etc.
Allow you to ask a lot of questions, Managers very positive when talking about Sifton, explained the job well, made me want to work there.
