Its not a bad company to for work but depends on your role and who is your supervisor. Good benefits but terrible management. Basically you are just a number to them. If you are a service tech/ installer you will be making $34 plus overtime ( union ) but their foreman arw not very helpful. Management says they always looking for fedback/input but at the end of the day dont give importance Would recommend for someone who looking to get customer service experience but not there for the money
Customer interactions were the best part of my career. The roles I held were very fast paced and 12 hour days but we were compensated very well and the energy required came from your co workers and customers. I would recommend Shaw to anyone who is looking for employment in any field related to call centers, networking, telecommunications, business management, HR or payroll. management evolution is constant and forward thinking.
