If you asked me a year ago I would have given a full 5 stars. But management is going down the path of outsourcing. The culture has died and it feels like a more of bad energy. The benefits are good but at this point that's all that's left. It feels like a sinking ship.
To much politics and more than half the staff is gone in a period of 4 years. It not the fault of the current management, it's a decision from head office. But if you have a lot of staff that do not produce anything and the customers are complaining about hold time in excess of 2 hours the solution is not trying to force your front line agents to perform faster by affecting their shift and time off.
Just to be clear, the Negativity here is not directed to Shaw but their satelite tv division.
