No. Even in my initial year i was not having driving license so that did not affect me at all.

No, you dont have to have any licencse, its important to be on time to start your work, no matter how you reach the workplace is completely up to you.

This depends entirely on the position. It should say on the job listing whether or not this is required. For most jobs at the head office, you do not need a driver's license
