They can be small and annually. However, once you reach the top of your pay ban, you can go years without a raise. Servus hires for the position and not the person. So if you outgrow your role, too bad. They won’t compensate you for all your experience and expertise.

My experience working for Servus has been great! I love challenge, life long learning, non-repetitive tasks, working with people and Servus give me all of this and more. My role is not typically considered a sales role but it actually is one. I recruit candidates from all over the country selling Servus as the place to work. The pressures of sales is not for everyone but for me I keep in mind that at the end of the day of my hard work results in people who can retire financially fit.

The perks are endless: besides the great benefit package (which by the way is updated constantly) we get financial benefits that can save us thousands of dollars a year. We have employee groups to get involved with like the Servus Women's network, the Servus Young Leaders Network, President's Advisory Council, HR Advisory Council, Servus Alumni group for retirees. We have employee discounts at many businesses around Alberta including a discount on registering our vehicles! Servus is constantly revisiting perks and benefits so it really keeps it exciting for us.
