No complaints. Management where welcoming and always open to new ideas and thinking. Work was fast paced however there was always someone ready and willing to lend a hand in surge situations.

Overall, the people at Service Master are pretty awesome. Personally I found to be favorable to men (which most construction is) so as a female prepare to have to jump through more hoops than your male counterparts do. They do have pretty decent work functions and do show appreciation. Can be demanding and stressful but great for those who like a challenge.

I enjoyed the position that I was in, working in another field of construction. The interaction with the Insured's was rewarding.

Create work Orders to assure all personnel are completely aware of their Responsibilities for the day, Make sure they understand all tasks at hand. visit all Job sites Daily to assure goals are being met. Attend any new claims and provide a scope of work to be done and the most efficient way to succeed. Worked through three Catastrophe floods and improved on efficiency each time, Worked through Five House Fire Claims from demo to completion of Rebuild. The hardest part of my job was completing all tasks with a restricted cash flow. The most enjoyable would be seeing the final results and knowing I did everything possible to make sure it is the best it can be.
