Avis d'employé sur ServiceMaster
Great business Model
At first glance the word was instilled as a great company to work for. Service Master restore in St. John’s Newfoundland has very questionable business practices including, conflict of interest..Improperly trained management team. Politically motivated agendas of manipulating claims through insurance companies to work in there favour. Although I can’t prove anything I’m saying, I can say that everything I had seen for my own eyes was questionable. No whistle blower policies and rules appear out of no where. Your one step away from a lay off.

Competition, manipulation, politics, under experienced management.
I get to work by 5pm then I am off by 10pm. I work all over the building so I have to be good at multi-tasking and communication. We usually use radios so we can keep in contact. You might be dusting and changing out garbage bins one day or clean floors of salt and mud in the next. You are always moving so you never get many chances to sit down. Most of the employees are punctual and professional but be careful about lending a hand. You can lend a hand on one or two tasks but don't let them try to pressure you into doing their job for them. You also don't have to listen their personal problems. Don't let they're problems suddenly become your problems.
