Good Company with friendly staff
I liked ServiceMaster. It was a little bigger than the other restoration I worked for, so there were the different groups of people that were friends, and everyone was very friendly. Working at ServiceMaster was very enjoyable, and jobs were always completed full-heartedly. I was treated like family which made working and learning easier and more enjoyable. There were some things that I wasn't to happy about, like being sent out to Red Earth for a "2 day job" and them telling me that I can't go home after that second day because we weren't done. There was occasionally organizational issues as well as comunication issues. They could have told me that it could be a longer job, but they asked if I wanted to go out of town for 2 days. I had made important plans for the day I was supposed to be back, and since they kind of screwed me over, my boyfriend had to drive hours to come get me. But other than the slight organizational and communicational issues, I did really love the job and the company. Since I worked there, they may have worked on these issues and improved, but I'm not sure.

miscommunication issues and organizational issues
Managers seem to care how we are always doing, and have staff events planned every couple months, BBQ's etc. Lots of travel though, but the jobs are always different and challenging.
Managers care about us and our safety.
Long Hours at times, travel as well.
I have a lots of learning in this company and we provide continues learning and very supportive employer.very polite office workerProductive, work balance and always protect employee.
