We made office cleaning fun, the group of people I cleaned with were very easy going and had an excellent sense of humor. Long nights some. Nights but worth it.

It was fun at first. The environment was bad and the on call pay was horrible. I have heard that a lot of the bad managers and employees have been removed though.

Always busy. Lots of work available. Room to grow and learn. Great people and a great work environment. No experience necessary as they will train their employees for the position.

I worked at ServiceMaster of Fredericton as a Project Manager for two years in the DR department. At first, it seemed like a friendly family business where I could learn a lot about the construction industry and gain some useful skills in management. During my first week at work, I was told that they would not have time to train me since the city had just gone through a big flood, and both project managers were overwhelmed with the amount of work. It was very understandable considering the situation. Well, 16 months later, I still had not received any proper training. I had to ask a lot of questions about proper procedures, and I would always get a half answer. Forcefully I had to learn a lot on my own and started to create my own processes to ensure my clients were happy with our work. -BullyingDuring my employment at ServiceMaster, I had been mocked, bullied and always had me feeling as if I did not belong. (ex. 1 The Project Manager that was in the same office as I would always throw documents that were not his on to the floor near my desk. This is while I would be working at my desk.) (ex. 2 The Estimator that I was paired with on most of my projects would always go against my advice with construction methods and disagree on how I would proceed with repairing a home. This would create a lot of frustration within the office and confusion with the carpenters on site. She would often, without my approval, call contractors to inform them how and when work should proceed. This would be after I had already talked to the contractors, approved their quotes and scheduled the job.) - plus...

Working for Service masters gave me the tools that I was lacking . It gave me structure. I worked by myself which is what I liked most about the job. What I disliked the most was I felt as if I didn't have enough time to get all my duties completed in the timeframe I worked.

It was a bad environment to work for that's the guelph location I hated to go in to the office such negatively always there's some kind of complain not from the clients just from management.

I have never in my life worked for such a mismanaged company I was hired to do floor Care but wound up working basic janitorial and being fed lies for nearly a year. I was underpaid on my most recent check and once I told them they cancelled all my shifts and would not return my calls for nearly a week. First time I've ever had to report a company to the labour board. Run run far away

No complaints. Management where welcoming and always open to new ideas and thinking. Work was fast paced however there was always someone ready and willing to lend a hand in surge situations.

This company is bad when it comes to communication skills. I was hired last week. Kept in the dark for a week. When I went to go text the employer oh he got mad at a me for trying to find out information on when I'm supposed to start. He then got mad at me cause I stood up for myself. Lied about the security clearance. Cause when I applied for the clearances I got it back the same day. Ladies if you agree with me and your sick and tried off having men lie to you all the dam time. Then dont applied here. Cause this is what this manager does

I enjoyed the fast paced sanitation, good equipment, training, and the organization of the team. We worked really late hours and that was just barely talked about when I was under the impression it would be set hours.

I was at this job for almost 3 yrs. The management was great the supervisor was great until I seen there true colors. Dont work for them. If u have a family issue they will tell u to quit or be dismissed. They dont care. U r just a number to them. Find elsewhere for work. What I loved about my job was not the company I worked for but the people who had the contract with them.

Training is provided. Hardest part of the job is meeting all deadlines with claims. Short staffed and high turnover. Culture is competitive between branches. No lunchroom.

Service Master has been an amazing company. The staff are very welcoming, and joyful. They train you with the most understanding and help you learn from their experiences and level. The team I have worked with were so laid back, upbeat, happy and sufficient.

It was alright to work for service master but the management and others that you worked with made it hard to want to go to work. And if you have a pro lem it never got dealt with as they had there favorites

The interview process was fairly easy. The job was a bit hectic but easy going. Lots of work to do. Management was good, very helpful. Good team environment.

Great team! Friendly people. Customers are often under a great deal of stress but generally terrific to deal with. Unfortunately wages just not there.

I loved the employees I worked with, but overall management was terrible They had zero proper communication, so unorganized, and the girls there treat you like trash if you’re a women I’d stay far away from this company
