It really depends what kind of task or jobs you've been hired to do, if you're call center you have the choice to either work from home or in office, if you do processing its a mixture of working from home and in office because some task are necessary to be in office, and if you're a clerk you have no choice, but to work in office since you're working with all information and documents coming in and out of the building for every department.
Some staff still work at home for all of their hours.
