Sitting down at my desk 5 min before my clock in time starts, preparing my desk for the day, so taking out all my tools and opening all the softwares necessary. Personally my task were to handle documents sent out the Canadian citizens, so I would prepare the envelopes and letters to be sent out, so stuffing the envelopes with the right papers and labeling it properly is very important. During the day I will have 3 breaks that I can choose when I take, so two 15 minutes and one 30 minute. Usually I would take my first 15 minute at 10:00 am, my 30 minute lunch at 1:30 and my second 15 minute at 3:00 pm. My day would then end at 4:00 pm and start again the next day.

Very stressful

Serve clients in person and when no in person clients...do callbacks for e-services.

8am-4pm with scheduled breaks
