Although ServerSitters is local and has ONE great co-owner, I found the company to lack communication, training, and development of its employees. The primary contact (co-owner 2) lives overseas and was very assumptive, lacked guidance and respect for employees. He really left the employees feeling "owned" and as though we owed him something more then our time and effort. Given his continued participation with server sitters from away, I would not accept a job offer from them again!

long hours, no lunch or break some days, zero respect from one of the owners, no training, no development, penalized for having family and not being able to work 20 hours a day.
