L'avis le plus utile, sélectionné par IndeedPas grand-chose de négatif que je pourrais dire à propos de mon emploi chez Sentiom, l’équipe est gentille et accueillante et le mode hybride de travail offre un bon niveau d’autonomie et d’indépendance tous en ne compromettant pas l’encadrement et la communication. Si j’aurait à décrire mon emploi chez Sentiom par deux adjectifs ça serait flexible et confortable. À temps partiel, tu gère le temps que tu peux offrir et les employeurs sont accommodants et raisonnables.

Sentiom is a startup that has great culture and work environment. I started at Sentiom as an intern, liked my experience there and decided to stay after my internship, working for/with them for over a year. Overall, this is a great company that shares great values, such as honesty, family and hard working, and supports its employees. What I liked the most is that I had opportunities to work on meaningful projects and the fact that I could acquire new professional and personal experiences. I recommend someone who's just started their career as a software developper to give a try at Sentiom and to see by him/her-self how great the culture at Sentiom is, how friendly and passionate the people and the management team are and for the exciting projects they have!

Stress-free work from home with regular meetings in person. Accommodating employers and a manager that prioritizes the interns' learnings by assigning new tasks and regular feedback on their work. I was given the option to choose the project to work on at the beginning of my internship. There are also monthly social gatherings that are taken place after work where you get to know the whole team and regular optional lunch and learns. Overall very friendly workplace and great people to work with.
