Our retirement communities serve our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shifts depend on the department you work for. We offer day, afternoon and evening shifts. We are willing to cross-train our team members so they can work different shifts to suit their lifestyle. Our master schedules are transparent and defined through the year; this allows team members to commit to our residents while maintaining valuable work-life balance. For specific opportunities or clarification on working hours, it’s best to speak with the General Manager at the Seasons community you are interested in

We believe Seasons is a great place to work! On a recent survey, we scored an overall employee satisfaction rating of 4.3/5. We foster a culture of growth and support for our committed team members because our future depends on it. Wages are site-specific so it is best to speak with the General Manager at the Seasons community you are interested in for details. We have a progressive wage grids that are based on experience and seniority. There are annual increases as well and we offer a competitive benefits package.

Come to the interview with an open mind and be yourself! If you are an empathetic individual who is prepared to go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our residents, then Seasons is the place for you! Our hiring process is very efficient as we aim to respect everyone’s time. Once a candidate applies through the Seasons website, we have a hiring team that considers all applications in a timely manner. It is a simple, two-step process (click on the job title, and apply). If a candidate is considered to be the right fit for the position, the hiring manager will contact him or her to conduct an interview.
