As a Sales Representative of PC Financial is sometimes is difficult because Mastercard is a kind of thing that people do not want easily. Although communicating with people is good due to that I improve my communication skills and customer service.
One would love to work with this company because management is too nice and cooperative. Moreover pay scale of this company is really good.i am happy to be a part of the team.

Great management team, good places to work within, no stress , no pressure from management team, good training given, good pay with good commission , full time
I learned how to sell credit cards at gas stations. Job requires a lot of approaching and soft skills. My manager Hossein was nice and friendly. This was a worthwhile experience as a whole.
Solo work, little or slow progression, not for everybody
It is a very excellent experience to learn new things to let people know about the product and learn different cultures as it is a very exciting job for interactive minds.
They never paid my wages. Very dishonest company. No work culture at all. No Job security. All that was taught was to mislead customers to sign up for mastercards to hit targets Very unprofessional with poor compensation
Pay issues, dishonest, No benefits
Get to learn a lot. Amazing team Privilege to work with Get to talk to many people Helps in building confidence Gave the opportunity to get hands-on experience working with marketers and advertising professionals. The company does some really great social events to promote office culture. They are experts at creating experiential marketing events.
i greeted potential clients at the door of the three local grocery stores and informed them of the benefits of acquiring a PC Mastercard. I wanted the client to see a need for the card, but was encouraged to misinform just for a sale. I enjoyed the client interaction and making them aware of the cards benefits. I would not misinform people with whom i lived and worked for a sale, but was usually able to find at least one aspect of the card that would be beneficial to all.
Working with SDI was really good for me because it helped me open myself up more, got me pushing myself to do new things. We did a contest, where you could win free groceries for a year, we would use ipads to sign them up for the contest and then have a tablet to sign them up for a mastercard.
Good company with good moral standards and ethics, but no room for advancement and poor communication throughout management, HR and Head Office. No room for growth.
Fun people to talk to and work with.
No benefits, paid time off extended travel.
I learnt a lot of abilities and sales skills. It was an awesome experience for me..
Great salary, $12 an hour is wonderful. You have to work standing all day and make sales by pitching ideas to random people. Sale number does count because commission, but if you try your best, you will get results, little but good enough. You might get discouraged due to low sales, but effort pays, and you will get over it.
work in energetic places ie; malls or shopping stores, great pay
long hours on your feet
