SDI is generally a good company. Other staff and management attempt to include staff as family. I appreciated that and I will miss them for that. was laid off because of Covid . Fairly paid for persons without the amount of education that I have. Some weeks I had long commutes to work though but wherever possible the management were accommodating.. The problem was me .inasmuch I feel because of my education that I had a bigger destiny. It's good for me but only as a place to stop while I looked for some bigger dream job.
Management and associates treated me like family
Sometimes not always long commutes. I did not care for the Shell gas station working environment
It is very nice experience with SDI so far and all members of team and management always ready for support.
I gained my lots of skills and specially communication skill with SDI marketing. I leant how to lead the team and productive working place i have ever seen.

It was required that you arrive to the job 15 minutes before clock in time to set up your station and prepare for your shift. The job description was to stand in front of your booth at a professional sports game and attract people over for you to advertise the opportunity to register for a credit card, and in return you receive a fan souvenir of the home team. Once the shift was over you would pack up your booth station, take it back to storage to put it away until next usage, and then clock out to go home.

A lot of people aren’t interested and don’t want to be bothered
They never paid my wages. Very dishonest company. No work culture at all. No Job security. All that was taught was to mislead customers to sign up for mastercards to hit targets Very unprofessional with poor compensation
