It's flexible. You give them the hours and days you'd like to work and they book appointments for you, though you don't always get booked.
Scrubbi doesn’t care about their employees, there for no perks
Flexible hours but that is about it. They need 2 weeks notice for any changes at all. If you get sick, they expect you to get a doctors note the same day or there are consequences.

You get to write off your expenses. You actually end up saving a lot more and pay less in taxes. Its better than being an employee.
They are also extremely flexible. They work around your busy life.
