A typical day at work consists of answering incoming calls and either answering customer questions and complaints or forwarding the caller to the correct department so that their needs can be met. In between calls (or when asked to only do paperwork) I handle the disputes of properties and research the correct owner and make decisions based on the information they or the web applications provide. The environment in the office is very relaxing and the management team is very open and helpful when I have questions in regards to things I may not understand at the time. The most difficulty part of the job are the irate callers we tend to get from time to time but it gives me personal satisfaction to be able to calm these callers down and make sure I give them accurate information
