Quels conseils donneriez-vous à une personne ayant un entretien chez Schlegel Villages?
Don't sweat it; they'll hire anybody, they're desperate (at least it's that way in Kitchener)
Check our the companies website it explains best. Ignore negative answers those people are obviously ex employees who have 0 :% accountability. The website is an awesome resource for information about the company.
There are approx. 15 villages, it probably varies from one village to the next. Tell them that you love working for little money, poor treatment and very hard work.
Does anyone happen to know the rate of pay for RPN to start at the Glendale Crossing in London?
I don't know what Schlegel Villages pays in London, but they are notoriously cheap.
Group interviews (to compare applicants) and one-on-one interviews or job shadowing (when you caught their interest). They are looking for people who can play nice and fit in.
They are so desperate for PSWs that they are hiring anybody whether they have taken the course or not. They ask everyone if they have any friends or family looking for work to send them in. You don't have to have any experience in health care. This is for retirement. Long term care has strict government rules.
They'll hire any nurse that walks through the door. Quite often they will get a full time line in under a year or at least pick up full time hours due to high absenteeism .
