They don't like hiring new people because it takes hours away from other people, so they tend to be low on staff because people get tired of working there and call in sick. And when they are understaffed the pressure is really on those who actually are reliable and show up to work and it just feels like you work harder than most people for little result.Réponse du 15 août 2019
