The most stressful part is the quantity of projects with deadlines all on the go at once on top of providing production support. I am the only SA in my group and have no coverage if I want to take any time off. It usually takes me 3-4 days to catch up after taking just 1 or 2 days off.
Place an emphasis on mentoring the younger employees utilyzing the vast experience of their knowledgeable senior personel.

It was a long time ago. From what I remember, 2 or 3 managers would ask questions about what you knew about whatever department you were going to
