You have to apply online now, then if you get an interview you will meet the store manager, usually sit in the back room, they asked you questions and how you would handle different situations, what you are expecting for pay, and when you can start. If they like you then they call the DM and let her know she reviews the application, questionnaire, and your resume. If she likes you then she will call you ask you a couple questions and then if everything goes good she will call the manager to call you and offer you a position.
