Worker (Ancien employé) – Montréal, QC – 27 octobre 2018
I use to work there and as per the people there, very friendly. Benefit are pretty much the same elsewhere.
The only big issue is management and pay.
They don't know what they are doing at all plus it became one ethnicity over there ( Philippine) who the managers are taken advantage of them since they can't speak proper French or English and are easy to manage by using fear on them ( example: where are you going to get better then here with your statue, I heard it many times)
Salary: very poor, the evaluation are not good. You'll always get 3.2% no matter what for there budget unless you're their favorite and they need you.
Basically, the company works on favoritism
You'll start at 14-15$ unless you have a diploma and they need you , they might bring it up to 18 $ but that's really rare. The rares I've seen in the middle of crisis there was 21$ and trust me, you'll be a target by workers when they find out.
In my opinion, if you need experience, go for it but then leave. You can get better trust me. I'm proof of it.
If you think by working there will allow you to go to bombardier, forget about it. You need to wait 6 months before applying there so to conflict of interest or being lay off.
