Chaotic....the disorganized chaos never changes

You can take your vacation time but they will make sure that you will "pay" for it in some way, shape or form. Especially if you are going away on a nice vacation.....Manager's are extremely envious and toxic! Don't share ANY personal information with them such as what you'll be doing or where you'll be going on your vacation.

Being available for flexible hours is mandatory. You'll be expected to work overtime without being paid for it if you're in a Salaried position. It's the only way you'll be able to get your work done because there will be so many Managers and other staff members pulling you in 20 different directions during your 8 hour works day. If a customer is in the store, you must stay and wait for that customer to finish shopping, even if they shop for another 2 or 3 hours (usually just browsing). Don't expect to be paid for that time either. This company wants your life-time commitment, yet they refuse to "give" any type of commitment to you, including financial compensation. You'll be lucky to receive a $0.20 cent an hour raise every couple of years.

The future of s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply does not look good. The Management Team screams, yells, blames, ridicules, harasses, and lies at and about anyone who they happen to perceive to be more intelligent then themselves, than proceed to do everything in their power to make that persons life miserable. The Managers aren't capable of seeing how negatively their own attitudes and actions effect the staff morale, which of course is evident to the Customers. True leadership is non-existent within this company.
