YES. I would love to see the official attrition records. Do not confuse growth with re-hiring due to turnover. Job ad when I applied said "growing" as well.

The culture is definitely slowly improving. The merger was hard on a lot of staff. Since then there have been improvements to many policies to help mitigate those concerns.

Depends on the department, to be honest. Sales is going to be tougher in terms of selling and pressure to succeed. Other areas like admin positions are less stressful.
