Low stress office, well run & organized!
Love it here, the office staff is incredible, organized and friendly! There are plenty of offices for us to bring our clients too, the atmosphere is business casual and the other realtors are all very pleasant and great to work with!
Amazing work environment
Royal LePage was my first "adult" employment and there is a reason I stayed for 5 years; the people, the work, and the clients made it so worth it. I was always challenged and trusted in both my personal work or with supervising/training others. Everyone at RLP feels like family and going in to work never gets old. However, the pay leaves to be desired compared to competitors.
