At RLP terrequity everything is managed poorly. You are not treated fairly, and expected to do a lot on your own. Some agents in the office do not treat the front desk staff with any respect, and when told to HR, they do not address it. Pay wise, you are only looking at minimum wage for doing so much more than your job title entails you to do.

I did get a drive on a regular basis with co-worker

I liked the area but it was too far from where I live now. I enjoyed working with the sales agents. I did not however enjoy that they did not direct deposit paychecks. I hope they have changed this.

Royal Le Page is an amazing company to work for. In my specific office it has been a wonderful experience. I have always felt welcome when entering the office. All of the agents were very open and welcoming, as were the other staff members. Though it was a fast paced work environment, between the other office employees and real estate agents, it was a fun environment to work in.

Performed all administrative duties at the office. Emails, faxes, prepared paperwork for listings and sale of homes. Prepared and delivered bank deposits. Answered phones and dealt directly with walk-in clients. Opened and closed the office on a daily basis.

Assisted the Branch Administrator by preparing all necessary paperwork to send to lawyers. Kept files neat and orderly. Used photocopier, fax machine and 8 line telephone system.
