There is always something new to learn each and every day. There is a sense of pride when you're a part of assisting in someones purchase of a new home. Whether it's as an agent, or as an office admin, it is incredibly rewarding watching clients in the purchase of their new homes.

As a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Manager of Royal Lepage, you are treated wonderfully. Often I received or saw other people receiving small but nice gifts simply for doing a good job at work, and the Corporate funded Events were wonderful because they tried to go all-out every time, but that might not be the same everywhere. However, if you choose to be a Real Estate Agent, be wary of where and who you choose to use your License for (at least in British Columbia, Canada) because Royal Lepage charges a lot of money per month for an Agent to have their own private, non-communal office space to work in, and if I am not mistaken, there are other office fees o be paid as well. People who work for Royal Lepage are either friendly or passive-aggressive, but I think the competitive nature of selling houses fuels the nasty flames within the personalities of some people. The hardest part of my job was delivering flyers door-to-door, but not everyone working at Royal Lepage has to do that.

I worked as an admin assistant for one of the REALTORs at Royal LePage. They have a very well set up office (all of them) and a good network of people helping each other out. I very much enjoyed my few months with the team.

At RLP terrequity everything is managed poorly. You are not treated fairly, and expected to do a lot on your own. Some agents in the office do not treat the front desk staff with any respect, and when told to HR, they do not address it. Pay wise, you are only looking at minimum wage for doing so much more than your job title entails you to do.

I assisted an agent of Royal LePage. She was a warm, honest and talented realtor. I assisted her in setting up social media, MLS software and marketing campaigns.

Friendly staff, great work environment. Greeted clients, created feature sheets, worked on the sales meeting as well as Realtors guide space. Everyone works as a team.

Friendly and positive place to work. Was able to do a lot of work from home. Work was not repetitive with having to set up for open houses and measuring for the listings.

It is a pleasure to come in to work at Royal Le Page West Realty. A typical day consists of doing morning dutites/afternoon duties using the system MLS and Quick Office. Being greeted by agents coming in/out of the office and posting properties online.

I liked the area but it was too far from where I live now. I enjoyed working with the sales agents. I did not however enjoy that they did not direct deposit paychecks. I hope they have changed this.

No job security, if they had that it would be a better company. I was fired without a reason and trained very poorly. I was not given a reason and was fired over the phone, I wouldn't recommend working for them.

As an admin at Royal LePage Royal City Brokerage excellent customer service skills and professionalism are key in providing agents and staff with the most efficient office support. It is my responsibility to answer telephone calls quickly and efficiently, to book agent/buyer property viewings, and to aide and support the agents and staff with any document preparation, contacting clients or agents, mailing, faxing and any other administrative tasks to assist agents and staff effectively.

It is always a pleasure going to work as the agents, staff and management are always pleasant and all work together to run an effective office.

No comment. It was not a healthy work environment. Stressful and full of drama. The brokers hiring should learn more about harassment free workplaces and bullies in the workplace.
