It was not a fast passed atmosphere that I was used to from working in restaurant kitchens for almost 10 years which created a new challenge on how to keep myself and the staff busy.

My typical day at work starts at 9:30 and finishes around 6:30. It starts off with cleaning, then serving customers to fulfill the quota of the day.
I learned how to effectively manage a store, while motivating other employees to reach their quotas and raising morale in the store.

Management was a little intense. There was a lot of pressure to make sales and it caused a lot tension in the store.

My co-workers were and are great people. We are still friends.

The hardest part of the job was the long hours and short breaks.

The most enjoyable part of the job is achieving large sales and seeing customers leave stores happy with service.

roots gave me a chance to learn everything in the store.i have handled from customer service to managerial level stuff without any hesitations the top management is very supportive as well.
