Quels conseils donneriez-vous à une personne ayant un entretien chez Rome Logistics Group?
As with any interview, do your research on the company! If you truly want to work here, develop an understanding of what exactly Rome does, when the company started, etc.
As with any interview, I always assume that business casual is best.
Always dress for the job you want, not the job you have.
Performance reviews happen regularly, but the compensation structure is top heavy, meaning all positions include a fair amount of incentives or commission. That said, to my understanding, your base salary/wage is not usually altered too often.
It took me approximately 3 weeks to be officially hired. I was contacted for a phone interview, then brought in for an in-person interview.
Unfortunately, it was only 2 weeks (10 business days). That said though, I was always provided with flexibility when it was needed, i.e., appointments, bad weather, etc.
Comment les retours sur la performance sont-ils communiqués aux employés de Rome Logistics Group?
Management is extremely involved in every location.
