  • Training is mostly done on the job. New hires are paired up with seasoned colleagues & brought upto speed.

  • New training style for CSR. Amazing and exciting experience being able to speak to customers on the first week of training. They provide you with a one on one expert/coach to make sure you are successful with your calls and training.

  • Training in Rogers focuses on Discovering the customer's needs and building a solution to deliver excellent customer service, new Employees will be in class for around 3 weeks, and then will be in ICU taking calls and serving customers. management will be selling to calls and make sure employees are following the call flow. Targets are based on 1- customer experince report
    2- meeting sales targets
