  • Being the IT services back in house if you want quality performances. Outsourcing is not the route to go. If TED was with us outsourcing would not be an option. I would also suggest to not 1-3 times a year cut employees off payroll and have jobs go offshore. Employees are a high asset and if you have passionate employees you will get Hugh returns.

  • Focus on building on your existing staff. Pay a wage that's in line with the cost of living in Vancouver.

  • Listen to employees

  • Decrease the layers of managements

  • Checking on accurate thinking and action to improve on the business. Putting work first and replacement with able and willing workers who are cooperative to directives.

  • Efficiency is important in any industry as well investing in future innovations. Providing more options for online content will build a stronger foundation for the next innovation that will surely be in demand.
