So if there are 50 people in your department, with 50% having 10+ years tenure, and there are only 10 Monday to Friday day shifts, there are a number of high-tenured people stuck working on evenings and weekends.
Stat holidays are almost mandatory - usually only getting 1 or 2 off in the year.
