Since covid, the training session has been limited to virtual environment. However, the traning sessions have been developed in such a way that learning has been made a lot easier
Yes it is virtual.
The training is mostly done in a simulated classroom environment. But these are very limited; you might as well be trying to learn from PowerPoint slides. The training is very long and a waste of time. Yes it is paid, but it is horribly boring and basic. They teach you how to have a conversation and that's about it.
Customer Service training is done on company site.
