  • Weekly coaching and biannual or annual performance reviews. Nail any task with a 10/10 and they'll find something to coach you on. I think management is bored but want to feel like they serve a purpose.

  • Weekly from the line Manager. Biweekly from the Senior Manager.

  • Roughly , borderline abusive and degrading

  • They don't want feedback regardless of the multiple means in which to provide it. If you give too much feedback it will be seen as being negative and they are only looking for yes men.
    Since the company is so big, changes would happen at a higher level but then the front line wouldn't find out until a week after the change happened. Red tape hinders change as even excellent ideas take years to be implemented.

  • Not as good as it should be
