Not a professional company. Management and corporate head office are out of touch to their hard working employees. Don’t expect to get treated fair in this company.
Benefits are pretty good. Con of paying into your benefit plan however means that service techs that are always at school completely levels of their apprenticeship are laid off my RME, so not technically working for RME, they erase them from their system even if they are just gone for 4 weeks - but are still expected to pay upwards for $200 biweekly as if they were collecting a proper income. Don’t worry though, they now accept e-transfers.
There is such low morale in every building. At nearly ever dealer location, every department is frustrated with upper management and their unrealistic expectations and standard operation demands. Upper management is so far disconnected from the retail aspect of customer service that dealer employees are in an uncomfortable position everyday they come to work.
