Seasonal work. Management is awesome! Work life balance was good. Spent. Everyday at the lake! What could be better. Guests and staff were awesome. Daily fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming....
Good place to work. The company has a huge investment in R&D which will ensure it is at the forefront of new product development. The Canada in Org has a flat structure and has little room for advancement. There are good opportunities in other geographies.
Roche Diagnostics was a window into the world of pharmaceuticals. Very interesting and both fun & stimulating environment. Staff very friendly and positive working atmosphere. Excellent training program and great benefits (I was hired on contract: no benefits). I left because I was on contract for over a year with no sight of permanency.
Training program, benefits, working environment
Long contracts with no commitment to hiring full time.
Very innovative and research based company. Great and supportive people to work for. Open communication for every one. Productive environment with team and independent work opportunities. Excellent training programs.
Flexible hours, good worklife balance but Management needs to be revisited. Company cuts corners when it comes to employee development such as training or seminars. However, money is allocated to areas that seem to benefit the managers.
