The Transportation department needs a definite overhaul, starting with the some of the supervisors and some of the staff underneath them. Ensure proper training is provided so the staff member will succeed in their job and not be set up to fail. Ensure that there is an healthy work environment not a toxic work environment. Promote teamwork within the company. People should be happy and enjoy coming to work and not have to worry about which co-worker will be throwing them under the bus. Co-workers should be working together and help each other as a team.
