Have managers that actually support their staff and show up for work, better communication between departments, fire lazy and incompetent staff instead of keeping them on because their friends, appreciate their employees by thanking us and having staff appreciation events, give us a raise!! we're very underpaid for all the hard work we do and the stuff we have to put up with!

Get rid of all management and contractors for new fresh start. Especially Ancaster.

Walk a mile in your staff members shoes. Too much work and little pay. Poor benefits and no support.

Two way Communication with EVERYONE. Team building. Not the management team with the front line staff. Getting everyone comfortable with each other and when everyone feels as if they are involved in what is happening in the building. It truly makes for a healthy and extremely positive work environment.

Better travel time and route calculations.

Up.our raises...teach us more ( some of us are smart and want to learn( going back to school..

educating...up wages...there are a lot of women out there...governent gave us a 30 cent raise really...its still only a dollar 80 above min wage and are in debt 10 to 13 thousand...want amazing hard working individuals pay us equal..

Hire outside not internally for management positions

Their a trend in management thinking, or I would call it UNTHINING. There is a greater focus on the pleasing the stockholders and less to the base level of their businesses. the long term vision only on the next quarter. Their goals is to drive down costs, including wages, to bolster the bottom line. This new generation for executives drive profits They play with numbers and reward themselves with BIG bonuses and stock options. It works. They do their reports, tell their tales, anything, everything, including their cost savings. cost savings include, reduction of wages, reduction in maintain equipment, and reduction in services and quality of service. Easiest way to reduce wages is to people let go, (by any means, preferably without remuneration: compel worker to quit). That is to say, replace, qualified experience workers earning `high`wages, with fewer low paid workers. And it works. As more companies close, more workers become more desperate an willing to keep their jobs.
To answer the question: New management is essential. Those whom care about the company in which they are entrusted. Those that have pride and desire to perform at the best levels. Those that willing to share the rewards with all involved in success. we must denounce the greedy monodrones, who are concerned only with their singular success.

Stop piling unrealistic expectations on front line staff, paperwork doesn't save lives. Patient care is slipping because the time we have to spend with each resident is minimal, not because we didn't complete enough computer assessments.
