It would need a change of company management and ownership who focus on quality care and profits, not just profits. "Take care of your staff and they will take care of your business".

It seems that all of the managers on the sites try to do what they can for everyone and ALWAYS end up leaving out of frustration and morality issues. I worked at three different sites and they all had the same concerns.
