I'm a current ASM and our management team takes up 90% of the hours (Manager ASM team lead) remaining 10% goes to our current part timers, and it's sad.
Full time was 40 hours.
Poor hours and management doesn’t care about your needs or wants. Schedules are never posted on time and vacation time off requests are given within the week of needing to leave for it. (Current employee) B.C.

Very few hours for part time staff.
Staff works half hour before opening and closing.Full time was 40 hours.
As a manager u should be able to make ur own hours but because of store force program the DSM reviews ur schedule before u are allowed to post it ... She needs to be satisfied lots of micro managing from upper mgnt
Also when it comes to visual set ups and stock they except u to do it within the hours given to you and or while store is open pull a box out and help customers at the same time but get upset when things are up to companies exceptations/ standards and then talk down to you like u never do a good job
