je travaillais de soir et fin de semaine; il s'agissait d'un complément au salaire familial. J'étais très à l'aise avec la clientèle, mes collègues et je suis capable de travailler sous pression.
horaire de 4 à 6 hres par soir
It was my first real job, I learned a lot; even did my apprenticeship here. Ended up managing. Unfortunately the restaurant industry is underpaid and you deal with a lot of kids working their first job experience.
Can be long hours
Half of the management doesnt have a spine and the other half is on a power trip. Short staffed on a Friday? Try short staffed every day of the week. If you're a cook there and you get into any sort of misunderstanding with a server, your entire career may be in jeopardy due to their servers being able to do no wrong in management's eyes. The people are the only thing going for them and still its not that great. Work here at your own risk. 0/10

Such a wonderful environment. The staff and managers are all like family. The training is super well done. Staff are super helpful. Highly recommend for ya experienced restaurant employees.
Good pay, good staff
No guaranteed shift end times
Over staffed to the point your shifts get cut to 3 a week (if you’re lucky to get 3) and even if you work those shifts you work 3 hours or less. They essentially back you into a corner so you have to find another job to make ends meet. Management becomes so petty if this happens, they cut your shifts down even more in hopes to force you to quit. The GM’s strength is eating candy in the office and coming out to micromanage and yell at people every now and then.
Low tip out
Terrible management, no teamwork
Always busy so you make great tips. Stressful and management adds to that instead of helping to resolve issues. Took their benefits away from full time employees. Flexible enough as a part time job while in school or as a second income but not flexible about taking time off.
The pay is minimum wage starting off, so can't complain, the people you work with are wonderful, until they're caught in a bad move which is often. The management depends, when I was working there, there were some great managers and some horrible ones, one that made me cry while was rolling up cutlery because I wasn't doing it fast enough. Overall, it was a decent place to work, would recommend to others, but its nothing wonderful. The best perk of the job is the discount on food, but once you stop working there, you stop eating there because the food just isn't work it at full price. Also, if you're new, count on definitely working Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years eve and New Years day, if you have a vacation planned, you have to book that time off over a year in advance otherwise there's no guarantee.
bad managers, hardly no vacation
Overall, I think the job was fine even though it was very stressful and I couldn't keep up some days. However, management was very understanding as well as my coworkers and they were the ones that helped me throughout my time working there.
Management is great to work for. Very accommodating. Head office could work on improving somethings but they are getting to it. We have a new district manager who seems to be stepping up.
50 percent off food
not enough hours
Red Lobster is a great employer. They genuinely care about the well-being of their workers and management. It is a fast paced and supportive place to work; employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful company to work for with lots of opportunities for advancement within the company.
