Very good workplace!
I learned alot about how a restaurant runs from behind the scenes.The hardest part of the job was working it into my family life as i was constantly working weekends and holidays. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people.

Working all weekends and holidays.
Used to be a much better place to work. Now it seems like management doesnt care about the front staff. Servers are overstaffed. Sometimes you can work a Sat night shift and only have 2-3 tables. Other times you can start a shift and not get a table for 2 hours. Anytime issues are being brought up to management they are defensive and give you excuses.
