Management of this company is very poor. The employees where difficult to relate to and understand. Employees were treated like a number and not taken seriously.

Listened to my bosses demands always without complaints and tried my best to satisfy them all with demands. Helped cooks a lot with extra work killing lobsters faster and cooking buns and things when they needed help. Always kept place clean and organized even with demands of management on me always.

Over staffed to the point your shifts get cut to 3 a week (if you’re lucky to get 3) and even if you work those shifts you work 3 hours or less. They essentially back you into a corner so you have to find another job to make ends meet. Management becomes so petty if this happens, they cut your shifts down even more in hopes to force you to quit. The GM’s strength is eating candy in the office and coming out to micromanage and yell at people every now and then.
