-fast paced, always doing something -how to properly seat and serve guests -the management wasn't bad, some ups and downs -hardest part would be you have to be a good multi tasker

Such a wonderful environment. The staff and managers are all like family. The training is super well done. Staff are super helpful. Highly recommend for ya experienced restaurant employees.
Good pay, good staff
No guaranteed shift end times
Used to be a much better place to work. Now it seems like management doesnt care about the front staff. Servers are overstaffed. Sometimes you can work a Sat night shift and only have 2-3 tables. Other times you can start a shift and not get a table for 2 hours. Anytime issues are being brought up to management they are defensive and give you excuses.
