Like most jobs one location is different than another and like myself I preferred Mississauga Ontario the best, I learned a lot there. As great staff and managers there.

The staff is amazing. Management could be better but for the most part they are understanding and helpful. Work is labour intensive when busy but the time flies by.

Over staffed to the point your shifts get cut to 3 a week (if you’re lucky to get 3) and even if you work those shifts you work 3 hours or less. They essentially back you into a corner so you have to find another job to make ends meet. Management becomes so petty if this happens, they cut your shifts down even more in hopes to force you to quit. The GM’s strength is eating candy in the office and coming out to micromanage and yell at people every now and then.

The pay is minimum wage starting off, so can't complain, the people you work with are wonderful, until they're caught in a bad move which is often. The management depends, when I was working there, there were some great managers and some horrible ones, one that made me cry while was rolling up cutlery because I wasn't doing it fast enough. Overall, it was a decent place to work, would recommend to others, but its nothing wonderful. The best perk of the job is the discount on food, but once you stop working there, you stop eating there because the food just isn't work it at full price. Also, if you're new, count on definitely working Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years eve and New Years day, if you have a vacation planned, you have to book that time off over a year in advance otherwise there's no guarantee.
